Use our online shopping cart to place an order. 

We use standard shopping cart system. You can add, change or remove items from your cart at any time before you check out. We don't ask for any personal information until you've finished shopping.

All of our prices are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

How to pay us
We use an encrypted PayPal Gateway for all payments.  

PayPal offers a secure, fast and safe way to pay with your credit card. 
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Payments can also be made using credit from your own personal PayPal account. 

If you have any concerns about making a Credit Card payment online via PayPal, we provide other options.

 Orders are only processed and dispatched after we've received your payment. Please allow at least 24 hours for EFT payments to clear.

$10.00 shipping anywhere in Australia

Delivery is always A$10.00 anywhere in Australia regardless of the size or weight of your order.

We deliver to any street address in Australia.  We use a combination of Australia Post Parcel Post and couriers for all deliveries. 
We do not ship outside of Australia.

We try to process all orders as fast and efficiently as possible. Most orders arrive within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your payment. Payments made by EFT or cheque may take an additional three days to process.

What happens when items are Out of Stock or Not Available?

We take special care to keep our website up to date.

We always indicate when an item is "Out of Stock or Not Available"  However if a product you've ordered is no longer available when we come to process your order we'll contact you immediately to arrange a substitute, create a back-order or process a refund.

You're also welcome to place an order for an item marked as "Out of Stock or Not Available" in your shopping cart. This item won't be charged to your account but we'll make a note and will contact you when it becomes available.

Damaged items, shipping errors, refunds and returns

Every product we sell is brand new and factory fresh.

Before we ship an item to you, it goes through a thorough quality control process to ensure you get exactly what you've ordered. However, all our products are handmade. This means that very occasionally something may be awry.

We also know that once in a while an item can be damaged in shipment or our warehouse ships the wrong item. Please check your order immediately upon receipt. All damages and shipping errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery.  You learn more about our returns policy here.

Every reported incident is handled differently. We may ask you to return a product to us or send us images of the damage or fault you're reporting. We'll decide at our discretion whether to replace, repair or return a product for a refund.
